Javieta offers premium PDF resources for purchase through our shop at javieta.com/shop. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe — Javieta never stores your card details.
Upon successful payment you will receive an email with a secure download link valid for 48 hours. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.
8. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, the following policy applies:
- Not yet downloaded: If you have not clicked your download link, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email contact@javieta.com with your purchase details.
- Already downloaded: Once you have clicked your download link and received the PDF, the purchase is considered complete and no refund will be issued. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law provisions for digital goods that have been accessed.
- Technical issues: If your download link does not work or the file is corrupted, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
